Judy R. Kennard has served Romulus with dedication as a School Board Trustee since 2018, twice elected to full four-year terms. With an educational background in Administration, and a proven record as School Board President and committee chair, she has championed and expanded opportunities in STEM and skilled trades. Judy is now running for City Council to continue putting the community first—focusing on her belief in “Your voice. Your city. Your future with results that matter,” Judy is ready to ensure Romulus residents see results that improve everyday life.
